In this workshop, you'll learn what agreements you should have with partners, employees, and collaborators, how to structure them correctly, and what clauses are indispensable to avoid conflicts, loss of clients, or legal problems. This isn't a theoretical class. It's a practical guide where you'll understand exactly what you need to implement in your business and how to do it correctly from the start. Cancellation Policy
By enrolling in any course, workshop, or program at AP Legal & Immigration Academy, the participant fully accepts the following terms: 1. No Refunds All payments are final and non-refundable, without exception. This includes absences, personal or work-related conflicts, emergencies, illness, or changes in availability. Once registered, the amount paid cannot be refunded under any circumstances. 2. Cancellation Notice for Rescheduling If the participant is unable to attend, they must notify AP Legal & Immigration Academy in writing at least 14 calendar days in advance. When notice is given within the required timeframe: No refunds will be issued. The amount paid will be applied as an on-hold credit toward a future available course or event. The credit must be used within 6 months of the original date. The credit is non-transferable. 3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows When notice is received less than 14 days in advance, or the participant does not attend the course, arrives too late to join, or leaves the class: Access to the course is lost. No credit is issued. Rescheduling is not permitted. AP Legal & Immigration Academy may apply an additional "No-Show" fee if the participant requests to reschedule a future class. 4. Administrative Fees To cover operational, material, and logistical costs, the following fees apply: Cancellation Fee (more than 14 days in advance): $35 USD Late Cancellation Fee (less than 14 days in advance): $75 USD No-Show Fee: $150 USD These fees do not replace course payment. The amount paid for the missed class is non-refundable, non-transferable. 5. Changes by the Institution AP Legal & Immigration Academy reserves the right to adjust dates or times when necessary. In such cases, the participant will be notified and rescheduled at no additional cost. No refunds will be issued. 6. Acceptance of Terms By registering and making payment, the participant declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this policy in its entirety.
